Having worked as a HR professional and HR manager on one end and on the other having worked in IT-roles, such as SAP unit manager, senior HR-IT project manager and product development manager makes that Saskia really understands the worlds of HR and IT.
With more than 15 years working experience as a project manager in the field of e-HRM she managed strategic and complex e-HRM projects and HR transformation successfully. These projects were executed within the Netherlands ánd internationally for large and mid-size profit and non-profit organizations.
With her own company Close to Close she uses these expertise’s to collaborate with organizations and individuals to innovate, create and realize, getting the job done. Always with a strong eye to meet a high employee experience and to deliver the best possible solutions.
